And that they did it with such consistent warmth and good humour is particularly notable.
Our guests were impressed by their knowledge during tours, and I was even more impressed by their fantastic attitudes.I also wanted to note how surprised I was that you had a massive program right after ours – it always felt like our trip was your only project and your first priority.
